This first-of-its-kind Southern Oregon adventure encompasses three magical elements; interactivity, education and entertainment. Spend four exciting hours submerged in the wonderful and whimsical world of wild animals, specialty foods, quality wines and music that lifts your spirits.

Be Transported to Tuscany
Upon arriving at “A Toast to the Wild,” you’ll journey through the exquisitely detailed bi-level Tuscan-themed  Belle Fiore winery. As you travel from station to station, you’ll meet the stars of the show and hear stories of how these resident animal ambassadors came to live at Wildlife Images Rehabilitation and Education Center.

Get Up Close To Wildlife
You’ll learn from the handlers of “Defiance” the bald eagle and “Nubs” the badger (among many others) how their brothers and sisters survive in the wild. You’ll also appreciate the in-depth commentary from animal care experts about the importance of the individual species and their role in the environment. Then, it’s your turn to ask questions, and to insist on a photo with your favorite wildlife friends.

Wine and Dine
Directly following your interactive wildlife experience, you’ll enjoy a double pairing, thanks to the winery’s Executive Chef Stefano Cipollone, who will personally oversee the second half of your journey. First, you’ll explore a culinary delight that is paired with food that the featured animal would search for in the wild. Each station will be hosted by the educational staff from Belle Fiore, along with students from local high schools and Southern Oregon University’s hospitality program, all who participated in the preparation of the magical culinary experience. Secondly, each featured food station will be paired with premier wines produced and bottled at Belle Fiore.

Musical Styling Direct from New Orleans
From the start of your educational and interactive adventure until 8pm, you’ll be treated to live entertainment with the soulful sounds of Mercy, featuring Lynda Morrison. And then at 8:30pm, our featured entertainer, Lena Prima and her band — straight from New Orleans, will keep things moving with her style of southern blues, jazz and a little rock and roll while guests enjoy a speciality presented array of delicious deserts.

Yes, this all-inclusive special event is a fundraiser for Wildlife Images Rehabilitation and Education Center, and your donation is in your ticket price. There will be not be any silent or live auctions. Just an evening of magical musical entertainment, education, and connection with our wildlife friends.

Price $199 per person. Seating is limited.
