Don’t let the name fool you … Bob is a female! She was named after her rescuer who found her on the side of the road.

Bob was found on the side of Interstate 5 about 40 miles south of Wildlife Images. She came into our clinic with a permanent wing injury. For many years, Bob was a foster mom for both red-tailed and red-shouldered hawk chicks that came into our clinic. She is now an education bird on our ambassador team!
