We currently have five cavies who are not used as part of our education team. They all come from a variety of private homes or facilities which could not continue to care for them. Whereas Inti and Buckthorn are highly social, the cavy crew display much more typical behavior; they are skittish and avoidant of people. Zara (named after a flower), is Inti’s sister. The rest of the crew are named Sprout, Poppy, Daisy, and Clover.
