Taz became a permanent resident at Wildlife Images in the spring of 2016. He and a longtime roommate, Lena, previously lived at another facility in Oregon. The pair were bred in captivity and kept as house pets before being rescued by authorities.

Taz is the oldest among our big cats. This quiet gentleman lives in the large cat enclosure with opportunities to explore a run. One of Taz’s all time favorite things is citrus. He goes crazy for it and will bask in the scent when it’s added to his enrichment.
