A winter storm added a few extra touches to the second weekend of our Wild Winter Wonderland event, and you came out to experience it.
We had more than 300 visitors come out over the four days to meet Santa, the Grinch and enjoy some overall merriment.
While Santa is always one of the stars of the show, the Grinch made quite the debut, as his heart grew three sizes and brought smiles to faces of all ages.
As the true Oregonians many of you are, you didn’t let a little rain get in the way this past Sunday, as there were multiple groups waiting to get their pictures with Santa at 2 p.m.
Wildlife Images expanded its Winter Wonderland offering this year by decorating Critter Creek, and we have plans to make it bigger and better next year. If you missed your chance to see all the lights in the park, they will remain up for the rest of the calendar year, even if Santa had to go back to the North Pole to prepare for his big day later this week.
