Wildlife Images is ready to move into the next stage in the facility’s transition to an Open Campus Model. As of November 1, visitors to Wildlife Images will be able to take a self-guided tour on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday anytime between 10:00 – 2:00. The Open Campus Model allows for a completely different way to experience Wildlife Images and meet the Animal Ambassadors who call the facility home. Visitors are no longer required to be part of a tour and are welcome to walk around the facility at their own pace. Wildlife Images hopes to be open for self-guided tours 7 days a week in Spring 2019.
Wildlife Images will also offer public animal encounters Friday, Saturday & Sunday. These opportunities are offered twice daily and get visitors even closer to the Animal Ambassadors. Details on Wildlife Images’ Animal Encounters can be found here.
Guided tours are available on a limited basis over the winter and require a reservation. Guided tours should be booked over the phone with the Guest Services Team. Wildlife Images’ office and Gift Shop will remain open 7 days a week from 9:00 – 4:00 to facilitate the intake of animal patients. Private Encounters and Behind the Scene Tours can also be booked during the week.
Wildlife Images continues its membership campaign with two upcoming events. Pie & Pumpkins will be at the end of November and WILD Winter comes mid-December and features photos with Santa and Animal Ambassadors. These events are always free for members!
