We are proud to be able to offer the Rotary Clubs of Josephine County Pavilion as a rental space for your next event!
All Reservations must be made two full weeks in advance.
All rentals include – Park admission for guests, Standard A/V equipment, optional tarping, garbage receptacles, lemonade style stand for display/check in, access to restrooms, private entrance, event parking, specialized signage welcoming guests, one onsite visit with the Event Coordinator before the event.
Rentals are subject to availability and Wildlife Images cannot guarantee any specific animal for a Animal Ambassador encounter. The animals’ health and welfare remains our priority.
Full Day Rentals
Available 10:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. (one hour for set up/tear down prior/post), 7 days a week
- Small Group (25 or fewer) – $500
- Large Group (26-250) – $750
- Includes up to 25 6’ banquet tables & 60 folding chairs
Half Day Rentals
Available for 3 hours (one hour for set up/tear down prior/post), 7 days a week.
- Small Group (25 or fewer) – $350
- Large Group (26-250) – $500
- Includes up to 25 6’ banquet tables & 60 folding chairs.
Extra Add Ons:
Private Ambassador Encounter – $150
Catering Allowance – $150 (Your caterer will have to coordinate a schedule with Wildlife Images)
Additional Rental/Vender Accommodations – $50 per vendor
Client performs all set up and tear down. Wildlife Images will place the requested amount of chairs and tables in rental space before the event. All rentals include a 50% non-refundable deposit at time of booking and a $250 cleaning fee at time of booking. Cleaning fee refundable upon walk thru at conclusion for all bookings. Payment in full due at the conclusion of event. $50 fee per hour outside of designated times. No balloons. No weddings. No music amplified over 95 decibels.
