Scholarships now available for Wolf Pack

Does your teenager have an interest in learning about being a zookeeper? Wildlife Images has opened the second quarter of the Wolf Pack Junior Keeper Program for registration. The second quarter runs December-February and includes 10 sessions, all on the weekends.

Wildlife Images also has scholarships available for this quarter. Regularly priced at $500, the scholarship could cover 2/3 of the cost to allow your student to get that much more out his or her experience.

The Wolf Pack affords  12-17-year-olds an opportunity to grow and share their knowledge of wildlife working as a Junior Keeper in our park. Each Wolf Pack session will include a lesson and STEAM based learning opportunities as well as a chance to get hands-on experience in a variety of animal care areas, including animal husbandry, training, diets, handling, and more!

Pack members work alongside experienced staff and volunteers to learn about our permanent residents and assist in interpreting and presenting this knowledge to the public. Wolf Pack members may also play an integral role in our Camp EEK! program, assisting in the classroom by leading activities, playing games, and helping campers with crafts and lessons.

For more information on the program, visit the page, here.

If you’re interested, apply for the scholarship FIRST. Refunds WILL NOT be made after the fact.

Otherswise, registration is open now.
