Wildlife Images is pleased to announce the park will reopen public admission as of Saturday, May 16 at 10:00. The non-profit remained open to patients during an eight-week public closure due to COVID-19 restrictions.
Wildlife Images has reviewed requirements and recommendations under the Oregon Health Authorities guidance for Recreation and Retail operations. The management has worked hard to ensure the park, its employees, and guests will be able to meet and exceed all requirements and recommendations for reopening.
Visitors will notice traffic flow changes, social distancing requirements, plexiglass safety barriers, extra wash stations, and group size restrictions when visiting the park. All staff and volunteers are required to wear masks. Visitors are encouraged to bring and wear their own masks. Saving Wildlife Safely branded masks are even available for purchase in the gift shop.
Wildlife Images will reopen in summer hours. This means the park is open seven days a week from 10:00 – 4:00. Wildlife Images’ Clinic and business offices will be open from 9:00 – 5:00.

Wildlife Images’ popular Camp EEK summer programming is expected to continue. Changes will be announced and registration will open once the Governor Kate Brown announces guidance for summer camps. The non-profit’s largest fundraiser is also being re-imagined to meet social distancing and gathering restrictions. More information on the Saving Wildlife Safely Fundraiser will be forthcoming.
