Paloma came to our rehabilitation clinic as a chick in 2021. She and a sibling were
rescued after being pushed from their nest by jays. Unfortunately the sibling did not survive. She was found to be suffering metabolic bone disease (MBD), a condition tha requires continuous care. She was raised in human care to be a part of our invasive
aviary.
